Our Coworking Community
Workantile is a 100% member operated coworking community for independent workers in the heart of downtown Ann Arbor. Our members are mostly remote employees and self-employed people who have come together to create a productive place for working socially. Our members span a multitude of professions and include writers, graphic artists, graduate students, attorneys, doctors, marketing and non-profit professionals as well as programmers, designers and tech managers.
Prior to joining Workantile, our members often toiled in cluttered back bedrooms, noisy coffee shops, isolated private offices, and crowded public libraries. Now we work and socialize in the wonderful space you see here.

All monthly memberships include access to phone and conference rooms. Please note that our conference and phone rooms are for member use only and are not available for outside rental to non-members.
All memberships require a $200 initiation fee. If needed, the initiation fee can be spread out over 2 installments. Learn more about the process of joining.
Just need to visit for a day? Day Passes are available! $35/day. Please pay here.
Day passes allow use of the space from 9am to 5pm on weekdays, excluding major holidays.
The Coworking Community Space
We share a 3,000-square foot space, secured around the clock by a keyless access system. Movable furniture, abundant power outlets, and high speed WiFi make for a flexible environment. This open-concept floor plan, as well as our high ceilings and exposed brick walls, make for a comfortable workplace without compromising on professional appeal. Members have access to multiple private phone rooms, a kitchenette stocked with snacks and coffee, a private bathroom, three conference rooms, day-use lockers, and a multifunction printer/scanner/copier.
